What you will do

• Manage and own the trial process and documentation to increase efficiency and shorten the sales cycle.
• Coordinate team meetings to evaluate wins/losses and drive fiscal year team initiatives.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide invaluable user feedback and initiate product improvements.
• Provide top-level technical support to trial users to increase close rates and showcase product value.
• Act as a primary point of communication between internal sales specialists and external clients.
• Conduct training and mentoring for new team members to establish trial best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a client-facing role, including at least 3 years as a Pre-Sales specialist or in a comparable role.
• Deep knowledge of hirify.global products and strong technical proficiency.
• Strong project management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse teams.
• Proven leadership qualities and a desire to mentor others.
• Availability to work in Singapore (EP sponsorship provided)
