What you will do

• Lead and coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across multiple European entities.
• Prepare accurate, structured financial reports and ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with the Shared Service Centre regarding AP, AR, intercompany, and reconciliations.
• Execute the forecasting process and deliver revenue, margin, and variance analysis.
• Act as the primary operational contact for Sales and Operations teams, as well as external auditors.
• Coordinate audit fieldwork and manage relationships with local tax advisors.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in financial accounting, audit, or controlling.
• Experience working across multiple European entities in a multinational environment.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Paris, France.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and European GAAP frameworks and fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Italian or Spanish.
• Experience with systems such as SAP or NetSuite.
