What you will do

• Design, scale, and automate finance processes to ensure accurate data production for key stakeholders.
• Support budgeting and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) in collaboration with the Finance Strategy area.
• Implement new finance tools and process improvements to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights and streamline automated financial processes.
• Contribute to strategic ad-hoc projects including M&A, fundraising, and cash management.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of French accounting, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Professional experience in a top accounting firm or a fast-paced scale-up.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fluent English (primary company language) and proficient French.
• Must be based in or open to relocate to Paris.

Nice to have

• Experience in the optimization and automation of key financial processes.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and experience using AI agents.
