What you will do

• Monitor daily Equity capital markets activity and provide sharp insights on market trends.
• Benchmark recent transactions, valuation metrics, and post-IPO performance.
• Assist the origination team in preparing client pitches and coverage meetings.
• Identify and qualify potential prospects and investors to support deal execution.
• Produce focused analyses on key industry verticals.
• Maintain and enhance internal Excel databases and analytical models.

Requirements

• Final or penultimate year student from a university, business, or engineering school with strong academic credentials.
• Fluent in French and excellent English (oral and written).
• Previous internship or position in Financial Markets (Equity/Debt Capital Markets) or Corporate finance.
• Proficiency in financial databases such as Factset and Bloomberg.
• Very strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
