What you will do

• Own performance analysis of AV fleets across commercial and test operations.
• Define, develop, and maintain KPIs to measure system performance.
• Build data pipelines, tools, and dashboards for vehicle and operational data.
• Analyze real-world behavior to identify trends, anomalies, and issues.
• Translate insights into problem statements and prioritized inputs for engineering teams.
• Partner with perception, prediction, behavior, and platform teams to influence priorities and releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Robotics or related.
• 5–7+ years in autonomous systems, robotics, or complex software/hardware with focus on performance and lifecycle analysis.
• Expertise in data analysis with large datasets, telemetry logs (Python, SQL).
• Experience building metrics frameworks, dashboards, and data pipelines.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, operations teams.
• Strong systems thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of autonomous vehicle industry.
