What you will do

• Partner with business units to identify operational bottlenecks and architect AI-driven automation solutions.
• Develop a solutions roadmap tied to measurable business outcomes and EBITDA impact.
• Design secure, scalable architectures across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Lead build vs. buy evaluations for commercial AI platforms versus custom-built solutions.
• Oversee data infrastructure design, including pipelines, storage, and integration layers.
• Ensure all solutions comply with CMMC, NIST, DFARS, and ITAR regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

• US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, data engineering, or AI/ML engineering.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI or automation solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with familiarity with NIST, CMMC, or DFARS.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of experience across solutions architecture and AI/ML.
• Experience in the government contracting or defense sector.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI automation tooling.
• Advanced certifications in cloud architecture, AI/ML, or data engineering.
