What you will do

• Co-own the product strategy and roadmap for the hirify.global App Platform to minimize developer friction.
• Analyze the developer ecosystem, including frameworks and workflows, to shape product evolution.
• Drive new integration methods via SDKs, APIs, CLI, MCPs, and AI ecosystem tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Solution Architecture, and Customer Success teams to validate user needs.
• Manage product prioritization and roadmap planning, balancing technical feasibility and business impact.
• Partner with marketing and sales to define product positioning and GTM strategies for technical audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner building B2B products in the applications and AI space.
• Strong builder mindset with the ability to create artifacts and PoCs to drive product vision.
• Proven experience shipping products for technical audiences with a deep understanding of APIs, SDKs, and MCPs.
• Hands-on expertise in modern product discovery techniques for problem validation.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with developers and internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with infrastructure scaling, resiliency, and security in cloud environments.
• Previous experience in platform product management, engineering, or as a solutions architect.
