What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and contractual due diligence for the German market.
- Advise the German revenue team and cross-functional stakeholders on commercial contracts, regulatory requirements, data protection, and contractual risks.
- Improve contract templates, processes, and lifecycle management to streamline operations and mitigate risk.
- Implement and promote AI-powered legal technology and CLM solutions for contract review, risk assessment, and management.
- Create training materials and standard operating procedures that explain legal concepts and contract processes to internal teams.
Requirements
- European law degree; a German legal qualification is advantageous.
- At least 4 years of experience handling commercial contracts, preferably in-house or in a multinational environment.
- Fluent German and English are mandatory.
- Practical experience with AI-powered contract review, CLM systems, or legal automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of European contract law and regulatory frameworks, with German-market experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Romanian, French, Italian, or Spanish.
- Experience working specifically with the German market.
