The role As a Paid Media User Acquisition Manager, you will own the growth of a specific Market Cluster. You will be the paid media strategic counterpart to our Country Managers, responsible for the full-funnel user acquisition performance and cross-channel budget optimization of your assigned regions, with a main focus on digital performance and below the line.
We are seeking a proactive and Senior but hands-on individual who can take initiative, own problems end-to-end, and balance high-level strategy with daily technical execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Market Cluster Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for the growth strategy and budget allocation across all paid digital channels for a cluster (2–3) assigned markets.
* Hands-on Execution: Manage operations of the platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta) to execute, optimize, and scale campaigns daily. You are a "doer" who thrives in the tools.
* Strategic Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for Country Managers, translating local market needs into high-performing UA strategies.
* Critical Analysis: Move beyond basic reporting; analyze the "why" behind the data to drive smarter budget shifts and creative iterations.
* Monitor campaign budgets: analyze performance data, and adjust as needed to meet key performance goals.
* Provide actionable insights: through regular performance reporting, making data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS - WHO YOU ARE
* Experience: Several years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition,
* Strategic Excellence: You have the seniority to manage large budgets but you haven't lost your passion for the craft.
* Operational Grit: You are just as comfortable analyzing a P&L as you are in the weeds of Google Ads or Meta, hands-on optimizing bids and creative assets daily.
* Analytical & Critical: Strong data-driven decision-making abilities, including experience with A/B testing, ROI analysis, and conversion tracking. You don't just follow a playbook; you look at the data critically to find the next 10% of growth.
* Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. You can explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a way that builds trust.
* T-Shaped Expert: You have deep, expert-level knowledge in Google Ads and a proficiency or willingness to master others.
