What you will do

• Build and scale the acquisition engine across Google Search and paid social platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce, test, and scale high-converting ad assets.
• Drive experimentation across marketing channels, landing pages, and funnel conversion paths.
• Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and recommend product and marketing improvements.
• Develop scalable reporting and attribution models to accurately tie marketing spend to revenue.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of performance marketing experience at high-growth startups.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and various paid social platforms.
• Proven experience in B2B and/or prosumer markets, specifically developer tools or SaaS.
• Highly data-driven approach with a strong attention to detail and metrics.
• Ability to provide 3-4 hours of daily overlap with PST for team alignment.
• Existing network for producing high-quality ad creatives quickly.
