What you will do

• Own end-to-end marketing and user acquisition strategies for web products.
• Manage the creative pipeline by generating ideas, testing hypotheses, and monitoring implementation.
• Run and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other ad networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies.
• Develop BI dashboards to monitor insights and ensure campaigns meet target KPIs.
• Collaborate with the product team to optimize monetization and understand user motivations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and RTB platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Strong command of written and verbal English.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with GA4, Adjust, or Appsflyer.
• Knowledge of user attribution and conversion tracking.
• Familiarity with BigQuery and big data environments.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager.
