Salary: $106,000 - $139,400 USD

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end access experience, including login, signup, SSO, and automated provisioning.
• Identify and eliminate friction in the access experience to drive user activation and retention.
• Partner with engineering on provisioning workflows and with Sales/CS on enterprise identity requirements.
• Identify and prioritize new solution package opportunities based on market demand and competitive landscape.
• Track and lead business outcomes, including ARR contribution and churn drivers within the product area.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience (or 3+ years with an advanced degree).
• Proven experience as a Product Manager for SaaS or software products.
• Familiarity with enterprise identity protocols: SAML, OIDC, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, and RBAC.
• Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams of Engineers and Product Designers.
• Ability to define instrumentation requirements and translate behavioral data into roadmap decisions.
• Must be based in the USA.
