Senior Domain Advisor (SitaWare)

Location: Aarhus C, Denmark; occasional travel to customer sites and hirify.global offices nationally and internationally.

hirify.global develops IT solutions, including the SitaWare platform used by NATO and allied forces, for national security, critical infrastructure, and other domains.

What you will do

• Act as the SitaWare superuser, configuring and demonstrating solutions during presales, bids, and senior customer engagements.
• Translate military operational experience into product and solution opportunities for the National Security & Infrastructure unit.
• Advise product management and development teams by connecting operational needs with SitaWare capabilities.
• Engage senior stakeholders in emergency services, police, and critical infrastructure.
• Develop use cases, contribute to thought leadership, and share domain knowledge across crisis management, asset protection, and marine coordination.

Requirements

• Military education at Captain or Major level, or equivalent.
• Solid operational experience from the Danish Army or an equivalent force, including hands-on use of command-and-control systems.
• Direct experience with SitaWare as an operational user, superuser, configurator, or advisor.
• Strong IT proficiency at superuser level and experience supporting demonstrations, presentations, or advisory work.
• Fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken.
• A clean criminal record and residence in a NATO and/or EU country for the past seven years are required for security-classified projects.
