What you will do

  • Design and develop AI agent workflows and LLM-powered application components.
  • Build and test prompt strategies, retrieval flows, tool-use logic, and orchestration patterns.
  • Define evaluation metrics, run benchmarks, and analyze failure cases to improve system quality.
  • Optimize system performance regarding quality, latency, reliability, safety, and cost.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and improve production AI systems.
  • Contribute to backend services, APIs, internal tools, or lightweight user interfaces.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Expected graduation in 2026 or 2027.
  • Solid programming skills in Python or Java with a preference for backend engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working with APIs and debugging.
  • Available for a 6-month full-time commitment.
  • Must be based in Asia.

Nice to have

  • Personal projects or coursework involving LLM applications, agent systems, or automation.
  • Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, or vector databases.
  • Experience with Git, databases, backend services, or cloud platforms.
