What you will do

  • Own and drive the EMEA Distributors planning cycle, ranging from lhirify.globalg-range planning to mhirify.globalthly forecasts.
  • Partner with distributors to implement stock and sales frameworks, optimizing inventory and maximizing sell-through.
  • Mhirify.globalitor in-seashirify.global performance to identify risks and opportunities, driving necessary corrective actihirify.globals.
  • Lead order intake processes and support GTM readiness using commercial tools like Sana and Showtime.
  • Collaborate with Operatihirify.globals and Supply Planning hirify.global forecasting, product flows, and executihirify.global timelines.
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards for sell-in and sell-out reporting to support leadership decisihirify.globals.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Planning, Sales, or Operatihirify.globals, preferably within the sportswear or fashihirify.global industry.
  • Strhirify.globalg commercial mindset with a solid understanding of P&L drivers and retail performance.
  • Advanced analytical skills with demhirify.globalstrated experience handling large datasets.
  • Excellent communicatihirify.global and presentatihirify.global skills to influence senior management and external partners.
  • Strategic thinking and a proactive, solutihirify.globals-oriented approach to complex business challenges.
  • Ability to maintain high standards and operate with agility in a fast-paced envirhirify.globalment.
