What you will do

• Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for payment and refund processing, utilizing AI tools to inform positioning.
• Drive the internationalisation of payment capabilities to ensure compliance across various regulatory jurisdictions.
• Define and track key product outcomes via real-time dashboards, A/B testing, and multivariate experiments.
• Collaborate with engineering, commercial, and design teams to bridge gaps and solve core user problems.
• Manage and evaluate third-party payment technology partners, PSPs, and banking APIs.
• Champion AI tool adoption for product estimation, user research, and decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS business, specifically within fintech or payments.
• Track record of shipping and delivering payment management capabilities end-to-end at scale.
• Experience scaling products across multiple international markets and regulatory jurisdictions.
• Deep understanding of digital payment methods including BACS, Card payments, Open Banking, and SEPA.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working in an agile environment.
• Knowledge of UK energy industry payment methods and Ofgem and FCA compliance requirements.
