Salary: $160,000 - $290,000

What you will do

• Partner with Product and stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical plans and system designs.
• Design and evolve scalable system architecture across the full stack, including frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities into production systems, tuning model behavior and optimizing inference pipelines.
• Lead and develop engineers through coaching, feedback, and servant leadership to remove blockers and set standards.
• Drive best practices across CI/CD, testing, observability, and release processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong production ownership.
• Proven track record as a Tech Lead or senior engineer driving both systems and teams.
• Full-stack capability with depth in Python and backend systems.
• Practical experience with AI/LLM-powered systems in production.
• Strong product instinct and ability to connect technical decisions to customer value.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with architectural patterns such as DDD, CQRS, or event-driven design.
• Background in data-intensive or enterprise-scale systems.
• Familiarity with systems-level languages (Go, Rust) or modern frontend frameworks (React).
