About the Role

You will ensure the trading platform runs fast and reliably and provide high-quality support to institutional clients. You will support algorithmic trading execution by maintaining low-latency paths, troubleshooting systems, and coordinating rapid recovery. You will liaise between sales, clients, product and engineering to integrate new features into production. You will lead automation and optimization projects to improve workflows, reduce risk and scale operations. You will build dashboards and reports that link technical metrics to business KPIs and work with Finance, Risk, Legal and Compliance to uphold market integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance Business Technology or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years in trading operations or trade support management within digital assets FinTech or electronic trading
• Strong understanding of trading market structure and the full order lifecycle
• Experience in FX equities or derivatives is a plus
• Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting complex electronic trading systems in the cloud
• Proficiency with the FIX protocol APIs and market data infrastructure
• Familiarity with risk management digital asset custody solutions KYC/AML and cyber-security best practices
• Strong critical thinking and a data-driven approach

Responsibilities

• Ensure trading platform performance and provide high-quality institutional client support
