What you will do
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by adapting to different personalities.
- Ensure Zendesk tickets are updated with accurate and current information.
- Provide valid solutions and alternatives within established communication guidelines.
- Use internal tools and methods to provide complete and accurate information.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Capacity to work under pressure in a shifting schedule.
- Must be based in Toronto, Canada to fulfill the hybrid office requirement.
