What you will do

• Own and execute LiveOps and monetization roadmaps for Clash Royale.
• Define and track KPIs for major initiatives to ensure alignment with high-level game targets.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize player experience and business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary pods to translate data-driven strategies into player-facing features.
• Implement best-in-class F2P live ops activities and monetization mechanics.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of Product Management experience in free-to-play mobile games.
• Deep understanding of engagement drivers and monetization design in live service games.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an emphasis on metrics-driven decision making.
• Ability to take calculated risks and iterate based on data-driven learnings.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Helsinki, Finland.
