What you will do

• Research and select relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Manage registrations, sponsorship packages, and partnerships.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and hotel bookings for team members.
• Plan event presence, including booth design, branding, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to align event goals with business objectives.
• Track event performance and ROI to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in event coordination, partnerships, or marketing (B2B experience is a plus).
• Proven ability to handle complex logistics and vendor coordination.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellence in written and verbal English.
• Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius or Kaunas (Hybrid).
