What you will do

• Support electrical design and execution for facility upgrades and new construction projects.
• Provide technical expertise and support to manufacturing plants and cross-functional teams.
• Lead commissioning, troubleshooting, and system optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate technical and project-related risks to ensure reliable infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial, construction, consulting, or power systems.
• Deep knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and safety standards (NFPA, IEC, IEEE).
• Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%.
• Must be based in or able to work in Akron, OH (Hybrid).
