What you will do

• Develop familiarity with departmental design guides, standards, engineering codes, and company policies.
• Contribute to engineering deliverables including drawings, reports, specifications, and studies of limited scope.
• Perform routine research, recommend equipment/materials, collect and manage data, and prepare basic engineering calculations.
• Support continuous improvement, quality programs, and change management efforts.
• Coordinate with team members, share information, and focus on internal client needs.
• Share knowledge of latest technologies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized accredited program.
• Able to complete pre-employment onboarding including background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search.
• Work in Jacksonville, FL, US; no visa sponsorship available.
• Relocation eligible.

Nice to have

• Coursework in Power Systems, Motors, Transformers, Renewable Energy, Power Delivery, or Three Phase Power Calculations.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Previous internship experience.
• Basic knowledge of engineering design principles, standards, construction practices, industry trends, and problem-solving skills.
