What you will do

• Audit the current brand presence and define the positioning, narrative, and brand principles.
• Establish a clear, distinct brand voice, visual identity, and tone that scales across all channels.
• Partner with content marketing to shape high-quality video, thought leadership, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with GTM and sales teams to ensure brand consistency in sales communications.
• Translate brand strategy into execution across marketing channels and influencer/partnership campaigns.
• Align stakeholders around a unified brand direction and drive adoption across the company.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, design, or creative strategy.
• Deep understanding of brand voice, positioning, and visual identity.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, from direction to detail execution.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
