What you will do

• Develop high-quality RAM models for complex systems including data center electrical/mechanical cooling, power generation, and microgrids.
• Conduct sensitivity studies and scenario analyses to pinpoint single points of failure and bottlenecks.
• Translate technical reliability data into actionable recommendations and professional reports for diverse audiences.
• Facilitate client workshops, design reviews, and technical alignment meetings.
• Contribute to the refinement of proprietary RAM modeling tools and workflows.
• Support business development by providing technical RAM expertise for project proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Systems Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in RAM analysis, reliability engineering, or system modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Monte Carlo simulation platforms, Reliability Block Diagrams, or tools like ReliaSoft, @Risk, or PTC Windchill Reliability.
• Familiarity with industry reliability standards such as the IEEE Gold Book.
• Must have valid US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical advisory work.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting hyperscalers, utilities, or data center developers.
• Prior experience in data center electrical or mechanical design.
• Knowledge of power generation technologies (BESS, fuel cells, engines).
• Experience developing custom reliability software.
