What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end cost control services including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure project value.
• Own all cost-related processes for Prime and Subcontractor scopes, serving as the central financial coordinator for Project Managers.
• Analyze tool usage to identify opportunities for data streamlining and implement process improvements.
• Facilitate smooth cost-related hand-offs across multiple teams and ensure knowledge continuity across project phases.
• Manage budget development, cash flow, client billing, invoice processing, and purchase order lifecycles.
• Maintain cost data integrity and streamline documentation for automated reporting.

Requirements

• Proven track record in managing costs for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center projects.
• 3+ years of data center construction scheduling and/or project management expertise.
• Deep understanding of cost drivers in data center development, including MEP-intensive systems and electrical infrastructure.
• Current knowledge of material costs, labor rates, and supply chain risks in key markets.
• Experience in contract support, including negotiation, change order analysis, and monthly invoicing.
• Must be based in the United States and work within Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Nice to have

• 5+ years of data center or mission-critical experience.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, phased scheduling strategies in high-performance projects.
