Location: Onsite Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. U.S. work authorization required (sponsorship available for Principal-level roles).
Salary: $124,800 - $187,200 USD

What you will do
- Develop, coordinate, and conduct technical reliability studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts and DOE constructs.
- Recommend design or test methods and statistical process control procedures for required product reliability levels.
- Complete risk analyses for new designs and processes, compile performance reports, and investigate variables affecting products.
- Ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards and develop programs to achieve company and regulatory objectives.
- Develop mathematical models to identify high-failure risks and propose design or formulation changes for improved reliability.
- Determine units requiring environmental testing and specify sample sizes for statistically valid data.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree with minimum 7 years relevant experience, or Master's with 5 years, or PhD with 3 years.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire (sponsorship for Principal-level).
- Ability to perform physical demands of the role, including independent mobility and computer interaction.
Nice to have
- Experience with neurovascular or vascular devices.
- Experience with end-to-end design control.
- Experience with Class III medical devices.
