Senior Technical Account Manager (Kubernetes / DevSecOps): Guiding customer adoption and scaling of a Kubernetes-based DevSecOps platform in DoD environments with an accent on technical advisory, onboarding, and platform enablement. Location: Remote (U.S.), with a preference for the Washington, DC Metro Area

What you will do
- Act as a technical advisor to guide customers through platform capabilities and onboarding paths.
- Drive platform adoption by assessing technical fit and recommending appropriate Kubernetes-based services and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bridge the communication between engineering, product teams, and mission users.
- Deliver workshops, demos, and working sessions to accelerate customer understanding and usage.
- Translate user feedback into actionable insights to improve platform experience.
- Track customer activity and technical exploration using Jira, Confluence, and CRM systems.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred (or eligible to obtain).
- Experience working with Kubernetes in production environments and DevSecOps practices.
- Proven track record in customer-facing technical roles such as TAM, Solutions Architect, or Field Engineer.
- Ability to lead technical discussions across engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience operating in regulated or security-focused environments (e.g., federal, DoD, financial services, or healthcare).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Kubernetes distributions like Rancher, EKS, AKS, or OpenShift.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices at scale, including secure software delivery workflows.
