What you will do

• Own the full BU P&L, focusing on revenue stability, gross margin performance, and market share leadership.
• Define pricing strategies, product mix, and lifecycle management to optimize ROI and profitability.
• Lead the BU’s product, applications, and system engineering to align market requirements with cost and performance targets.
• Translate customer requirements into clear product definitions and platform strategies for next-generation power solutions.
• Manage strategic relationships with key OEMs, ODMs, and distribution partners in high-volume markets.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and quality.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in power semiconductors or power electronics, with exposure to high-volume markets.
• Proven ownership of P&L or equivalent business responsibility, including margin management.
• Deep expertise in consumer, communications, and low-power industrial power applications.
• Track record of managing mature, high-revenue product portfolios and driving cost reduction.
• Experience leading integrated teams across product management, applications engineering, and engineering.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage internal leadership and global customers.
