Focus on creating reference applications, publishing honest benchmarks, and bridging the gap between developer feedback and product roadmap.

Location: Remote, preferably based in the United States (Bay Area preferred)

What you will do

• Create reference applications, quickstarts, and sample repositories that solve real-world RAG and graph-based problems.
• Publish transparent benchmarks and evaluation results for GraphRAG and related technologies.
• Teach through technical posts, workshops, and live-coding sessions to engage the AI engineering community.
• Represent the company at meetups, conferences, and within online developer ecosystems.
• Act as a direct feedback loop to the product team to influence the technical roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Strong engineering background with hands-on experience in LLM applications and RAG pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one of TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, or Java.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
• Proven ability to create high-quality technical content that resonates with developers.
• Strong communication skills for public speaking, workshops, and community engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience with graph databases, knowledge graphs, or GraphRAG.
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or MCP.
• Prior experience as an early or founding DevRel hire in a developer tools company.
• Experience building agents at scale for large enterprises.
