What you will do

• Conduct market research using AI tools and traditional methods to assess market size, competitive landscape, and customer trends.
• Lead primary research through interviews, surveys, and field studies with customers, prospects, and partners.
• Perform end-to-end analysis of revenue and pipeline data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Synthesize data from CRM, marketing automation, and third-party research into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Develop business cases, scenario planning, and forecasting for new market opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in market research, business analysis, or strategy.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
• BA degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Exposure to international markets, ideally in EMEA.
• Strong prompting skills and experience using AI tools for research and insight generation.
