Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 per year

What you will do
- Act as a strategic contact for Enterprise customers, providing supportability and best practice advice.
- Lead complex customer onboarding projects and maintain detailed documentation of customer infrastructure.
- Solve complex support tickets involving CDNs, source code, and web application issues.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and system health checks for premium accounts.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by presenting metrics, data, and implementation recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Customer Success Managers to optimize the use of solutions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA (E-Verify employer)
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager (TAM) role with direct enterprise customer engagement.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, ideally JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of DNS and basic proficiency with MacOS and Unix Terminal commands.
- Experience troubleshooting CDNs (e.g., Cloudfront, Akamai) and cloud providers (AWS).
- Strong experience with data analytics tools such as Splunk, Tableau, or PowerBI.

- Previous experience in a highly technical support role within a software environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
