What you will do

  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex employee benefit inquiries.
  • Operate within client-specific benefits administration systems, enrollment platforms, and case management tools.
  • Provide hands-on issue resolution and executive-level support during Annual Enrollment and other key benefits events.
  • Present quarterly Service Level Agreement (SLA) and service performance metrics to client leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal experts in configuration, eligibility, and compliance to resolve system and data issues.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with client stakeholders across HR, finance, and compliance roles.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in benefits administration with direct responsibility for employee benefit inquiries.
  • Client services experience specifically within a benefits administration environment.
  • Hands-on proficiency with enrollment platforms and case management systems.
  • Deep understanding of employee benefits programs and enrollment process best practices.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Professionalism and polish for communicating with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting clients on the hirify.global platform or similar benefits administration tools.
  • Experience managing large or complex clients in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with benefits eligibility, compliance, and vendor coordination processes.
