Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve root causes of operational issues within the proprietary hirify.globalNet trading network.
• Perform triage, troubleshooting, and fault resolution as part of the Incident Management process.
• Monitor network health using event management systems and implement changes per policy.
• Work directly with internal and external clients to resolve support queries according to SLAs.
• Maintain technical documentation, including infrastructure diagrams and procedural runbooks.
• Utilize DevOps tools (Python, Ansible, Git) for discovery and implementation tasks.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in a large enterprise or service provider environment.
• CCNP certification minimum; CCIE or equivalent knowledge highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in IPv4, VLANs, MSTP, OSPFv2, BGPv4, and TCP/IP stack.
• Experience with enterprise firewalls, IPSec VPNs, and NMS (SNMP/Syslog).
• Ability to analyze packet captures to identify network and application issues.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience within the Financial Industry.
• Experience with PIM Sparse Mode Multicast, SSM, and IGMPv2/v3.
• Knowledge of Network Time protocols (PTP, NTP, PPS).
• Hands-on experience with Arista, Cisco Nexus, Cisco ASA, Fortigate, Palo Alto, and Corvil.
• Proficiency in automation tools: Python, Ansible, and Git.
