TL;DR

Staff Network Engineer (Web3): Designing and managing global office network infrastructure with an accent on high availability, automation, and Zero Trust security. Focus on building scalable, resilient network architectures and implementing NetDevOps practices to support a distributed global workforce.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the US, with a hybrid requirement of 10+ days per month in-office.

Salary: $172,000 – $215,000 USD (Base salary for NY-based roles).

What you will do

  • Define and maintain global office networking standards to ensure 99.9% uptime.
  • Drive NetDevOps initiatives by replacing manual configurations with automation and CI/CD tooling.
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).
  • Manage the full lifecycle of global hardware, including design, deployment, and upgrades.
  • Develop advanced observability and monitoring to ensure network reliability.
  • Manage relationships with ISPs and hardware vendors for international projects.

Requirements

  • Expert-level knowledge of Arista EOS and Aruba Central.
  • Deep experience with Palo Alto Networks (Panorama, GlobalProtect, Prisma).
  • Proficiency in NetDevOps tooling including Python and Ansible.
  • Advanced administration of Infoblox (DNS/DHCP/IPAM) in multi-site environments.
  • Strong understanding of core protocols including BGP, BFD, STP, and 802.11ax/be.
  • Experience with network modernization practices like SD-WAN and ZTNA.
