What you will do
- Maintain and monitor data pipelines powering data science workflows.
- Proactively identify and resolve production issues to ensure SLA compliance.
- Provide frontline technical support to end-users of the platform.
- Coordinate with Data, DE, and PO departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with R&D and product management to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including schedules, bugs, and project status.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- 1-2 years of experience in providing technical support.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience working with pipeline orchestrators, preferably Dagster or Airflow.
- Background in Tier 1/2 data support.
- English: B2/C1 level required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
