What you will do

• Maintain and monitor data pipelines powering data science workflows.
• Proactively identify and resolve production issues to ensure SLA compliance.
• Provide frontline technical support to end-users of the hirify.global platform.
• Coordinate with Data, DE, and PO departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with R&D and product management to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including schedules, bugs, and project status.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 1-2 years of experience in providing technical support.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience working with pipeline orchestrators, preferably Dagster or Airflow.
• Background in Tier 1/2 data support.
• English: B2/C1 level required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

• Experience in aviation, travel tech, or high-frequency dynamic pricing environments.
