TL;DR

Location: Remote-first hybrid; encouraged to visit one of the company's five global hubs, including the Warsaw city center office

What you will do

  • Analyze and resolve complex technical and functional user cases within the hirify.global product line.
  • Implement technical tasks, including building business processes, configuring integrations, and adjusting system behavior.
  • Identify product issues and collaborate with development teams by submitting detailed bug reports.
  • Communicate with users via phone and email, conducting remote sessions for issue investigation.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical troubleshooting guides.
  • Analyze recurring issues and customer feedback to identify root causes and suggest product improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical or customer support roles with strong HelpDesk/ServiceDesk knowledge.
  • Proficiency in SQL and a comprehensive understanding of relational database concepts.
  • Foundational knowledge of programming, OOP principles, PC architecture, and computer networks.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams.
