What you will do
- Manage and resolve support tickets through Freshdesk and Freshchat across multiple customer segments.
- Design and maintain automated workflows connecting internal services and third-party tools via REST APIs and webhooks.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and LLM agents to triage tickets, draft responses, and extract insights from support data.
- Build internal tools and dashboards to streamline recurring operational tasks.
- Coordinate credit limit requests and support collections operations and payment recovery workflows.
- Analyze ticket trends using SQL and provide structured bug reports and feature requests to Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Native English proficiency is a must.
- 2+ years in customer operations, support, or account management, preferably in Fintech or B2B.
- Working understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations, including JSON payloads.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, or similar) for automation.
- Experience with ticketing systems, preferably Freshdesk.
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
