What you will do

• Support customers with technical needs and queries to ensure successful adoption of the hirify.global solution.
• Engage with customers to guide their security automation journey and optimize solution usage.
• Influence the features and product roadmap of the platform based on direct customer needs.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Keep current with the latest technology trends in the security and security automation landscape.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in technical support or an equivalent position.
• Proven experience in security, automation, scripting, and API knowledge.
• Excellent English proficiency is a must.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Experience in operations, cloud service environments, or professional services.
• Customer-service oriented mindset and a strong will to learn.
