What you will do

• Collaborate with designers and engineers to visualize and optimize the building process.
• Develop clear, consistent, and intuitive step-by-step building instructions.
• Conduct usability studies and playtests to iterate on product designs.
• Create digital renders using SolidWorks and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ensure the play experience aligns with brand identity and adheres to quality standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in 3D-2D software, specifically SolidWorks and Adobe Suite.
• Comfortable in French (English is considered an asset).
• Strong interest in user-centered product design and the construction toy industry.
• Proven project presentation and teamwork skills.
