Salary: 160K-185K

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define product vision, strategy, and goals, ensuring design activities align and deliver on them.
• Define and communicate clear design vision aligned with product objectives.
• Oversee iterative design process from discovery to launch, incorporating user research and testing at every stage.
• Manage team of Product Designers, provide coaching, career development, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Guide product delivery operations and foster collaboration between product, design, and engineering.
• Implement design best practices, tools, and champion Human Centred Design across hirify.global.

Requirements

• Expertise in Product Design and Human Centred Design methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Figjam, Adobe XD or similar tools.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
• Ability to create hirify.globaltive prototypes and wireframes.
• Experience designing scalable Design Systems and maintaining design libraries.
• Expertise in usability testing, synthesizing insights, and sharing learnings.
• Experience building design teams and implementing best practices in Product Operating Model environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills for matrixed organizations.
