TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (AI): Driving revenue growth by qualifying high-potential healthcare accounts and executing targeted outbound campaigns with an accent on lead generation and customer relationship management. Location: On-site 5 days per week in Mountain View, CA

Salary: $75K – $95K OTE + Equity + Commission

What you will do

  • Execute cold calling and targeted outbound campaigns to qualify high-potential healthcare accounts.
  • Utilize intent marketing and community intelligence tools like CommonRoom to prioritize prospects and optimize conversion.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outbound motions and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure a high-quality onboarding experience for every client.
  • Present the value proposition of ambient AI documentation products to potential customers.
  • Analyze operational metrics and solve complex business problems to improve process throughput.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or be able to work on-site 5 days per week in Mountain View, CA.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Strong strategic mindset for executing go-to-market (GTM) approaches and refining prospecting based on market feedback.
  • Proven track record of sustaining high performance in sales and pipeline generation.
  • Expertise in project management with experience deploying multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
