What you will do

• Develop and maintain Looker data models including LookML, models, and explores
• Build and optimize scalable data models for business intelligence and decision-making
• Utilize Looker API 4.0 for programmatic access to dashboards, looks, and explores
• Automate report generation and delivery using Looker API endpoints
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for performance
• Work with Snowflake, dbt, and Python for data transformation and pipelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into BI solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting layers

Requirements

• 3+ years Looker development experience (LookML, models, explores)
• Experience with Looker API 4.0 for programmatic access
• Experience automating reporting using Looker API endpoints
• Ability to transform complex data into scalable models
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Python
• 2+ years SQL experience with query optimization

Nice to have

• Looker administration experience
• Experience with BigQuery
• Experience with modern data pipelines and ELT workflows
• Familiarity with data governance, quality, or BI best practices
• Experience in client-facing or consulting environment
