What you will do

• Define and deliver BAS/EMS automation scope, combining technical content with delivery management.
• Coordinate manufacturing automation and IT systems across the site.
• Implement process automation and data acquisition systems based on ISA-95 Level 2/3 standards.
• Collaborate with vendors, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Ensure all solutions comply with GxP, GAMP, and SDLC requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and actively drive project progress to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing automation or IT systems delivery roles.
• Proven experience with PCS, PLC/SCADA, and Data Historians.
• Knowledge of Siemens-based environments, preferably Siemens PCS7.
• Experience with Zenon, Aveva, or OSIsoft PI platforms.
• Understanding of Automation/IT networks and ESX hardware virtualization.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Boxmeer, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in regulated industries (GxP, GAMP, SDLC).
• Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills.
