What you will do

• Support the Sales team in lead generation, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals for the Hospital Automation portfolio.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clinicians, IT specialists, and management teams.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on connectivity projects within the Acute and Alternate Care sectors.
• Act as a customer advocate, bridging the gap between client needs and global clinical, marketing, and engineering teams.
• Perform competition and market analysis to provide product improvement suggestions.
• Partner with 3rd party medical device and HIS/EMR companies to enable new automation projects.

Requirements

• Experience in Informatics (Infrastructure, Network, Database, Cloud Computing) or Hospital Information Technology.
• Proven experience in Sales or Pre-sales activities.
• Knowledge of interoperability standards such as IHE and HL7.
• Strong understanding of hospital workflows, Intensive Care, and Perioperative Care.
• Fluent English is required; French and Dutch are considered significant assets.
• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare sciences, IS-IT, or Biomedical Engineering preferred.
