What you will do

• Provide technical and commercial support for standard single-use and multi-use bioreactor systems to customers and global sales.
• Prepare and manage quotations and orders, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines.
• Review commercial orders and coordinate configurable orders with planning and production preparation.
• Maintain and improve quotation and configuration systems, collaborating with Product Management on product changes.
• Prepare and safeguard accurate configuration documentation for production and ERP systems (SAP).
• Coordinate product demonstrations, trainings, seminars, and process customer feedback/complaints.

Requirements

• Vocational degree (MBO) or equivalent, preferably in a technical related field.
• Strong technical affinity and understanding of bioreactor systems and their applications.
• Excellent commercial and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working with ERP systems (SAP), quotation tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions.
