What you will do

• Provide escalation support, clarify service order problems.
• Create diagnostics requirements for new products/services use cases.
• Execute standard tasks in new product rollouts, lead parts, create knowledge materials.
• Perform analysis for node solution definition within single competence, combine inputs.
• Support node solution integration with execution plans, test plans, task execution.
• Coach new hires, deliver intermediate/advanced training, share best practices.
• Improve operational efficiency, support business via VoC, customer demos, high-quality data analysis.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in technical field.
• Limited experience in IC manufacturing environment or research institute emphasizing lithography, patterning, overlay, imaging, focus, metrology, or defectivity related to node/process development.
• Legally authorized to access controlled technology per United States Export Administration Regulations prior to beginning work.
