Salary: $62,400 - $85,800 with a 12% bonus potential

What you will do

  • Resolve moderate complexity Workers Compensation claims across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Handle litigated and non-litigated property damage and bodily injury claims with values up to $250,000.
  • Analyze policies, confirm coverage, and draft coverage position letters.
  • Direct investigations into loss facts and the extent of damages.
  • Evaluate exposure and set reserves within authorized limits.
  • Represent the company in mediations and provide professional customer service to insureds.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Adjusters’ license or legal license in at least one jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 5 years of claims handling (or equivalent) experience.
  • Must have US Work Authorization; no visa sponsorship available now or in the future.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
