$207,000 - $233,000 base salary, plus stock options and benefits.

What you will do
- Design and build scalable front-end features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript, emphasizing engineering rigor and maintainability.
- Drive member growth via A/B experimentation, feature flagging, and conversion optimization with product and growth teams.
- Own and improve registration, authentication, onboarding, and provider matching flows for best-in-class experiences at scale.
- Harden front-end architecture by resolving technical debt, boosting reliability, reducing latency, and elevating code quality.
- Collaborate with product, design, data, and backend teams to ship high-impact features.
- Provide technical leadership in architecture, code reviews, planning; advocate for testing, observability, accessibility, performance, and documentation.
- Own delivery of complex projects, improve developer experience and tooling, participate in on-call, mentor engineers.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript: rendering strategies, state management, performance, component architecture.
- Proven ability to lead complex front-end projects from design to production independently.
- Experience with growth frameworks: A/B testing, feature flags, analytics (e.g., LaunchDarkly, Mixpanel).
- Track record improving systems for reliability, performance, scalability, maintainability.
- Work in cross-functional Agile teams with product and design.
- Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Sentry) and web performance (Core Web Vitals, bundle optimization).
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with growth initiatives, authentication, registration, or member onboarding.
- Experience in healthcare or mental health tech.
