What you will do

• Define and lead an innovative product vision and strategy for CCH iKnowConnect and CCH Parliament to drive revenue and renewals.
• Integrate emerging AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows, to leapfrog competition and enhance product value.
• Conduct direct customer research and data analysis to validate the desirability and viability of new product ideas.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from MVP definition through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with global technology teams and cross-functional stakeholders in design, engineering, and GTM.
• Oversee an internal team of product specialists and a remote development team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product strategy and management, specifically within B2B SaaS or professional services technology.
• Deep technical understanding of AI implementation, including LLMs, APIs, RAG, and agent architectures.
• Experience operating within a global, matrixed organization across different time zones.
• Ability to define strategic vision in ambiguous environments and translate it into commercially viable deliverables.
• Must be available for hybrid work in Macquarie Park, Australia.
